At Haus of Hersh, we take pride in creating premium pieces with intention and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange.
As a small, family-run brand committed to offering high-quality pieces at accessible prices, we do not offer cash refunds.

Returned items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
In original packaging
Postmarked within the 14-day return window

Altered items are not eligible for return.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hausofhershusa@gmail.com and we will gladly issue a replacement.

Exchanges

We offer free domestic exchanges on full-priced items.
Exchanges are subject to real-time inventory availability. To prevent overselling due to our limited production runs, all exchanges must be processed directly through hausofhershusa@gmail.com.
If the item you’d like is not available on our website, our team can manually check inventory for you.
Exchanges are typically shipped within 3–4 business days after we receive your original item.

Once an item from an order has been returned or exchanged, the remaining order is considered final sale.

Order Cancellations & Refused Deliveries

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
If a package is refused or returned to sender, store credit will be issued minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees. Cash refunds will not be issued.

Holiday Return Policy

To make holiday gifting effortless, we extend our return window during the holiday season.
Purchases made November 20 through December 23 are eligible for return for store credit only through January 15.
Returned merchandise must be unworn and in original condition.
Store credit will be issued within 72 hours of receipt so you can continue shopping new seasonal drops.
Cash refunds remain unavailable.

Domestic Orders

Free shipping is provided for all orders over $300.00 within the United States.

International Orders

At this time, returns and exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
All international orders are final sale. Duties and taxes are included in your international shipping fee.

Delivery Estimates

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
West Coast: 2–3 business days after shipment
East Coast: 4–5 business days after shipment

These are estimates only. Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.

High-Risk Orders

If an order is flagged by our payment processor, we may request ID verification via email.
If verification is not completed within 30 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, minus processing fees.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact hausofhershusa@gmail.com immediately so we can file a carrier claim. Once the claim is approved, we will ship a replacement. Cash refunds are not issued for lost packages.
Customers must complete the provided claim process. Failure to do so indicates receipt of the package and releases Haus of Hersh from responsibility. We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to report the issue.
